I have a solid experience in sales and marketing andlooking to set up a call center in New Delhi in India but i have no knowledge as how to go about, so i need a full guidance from A-Z as to how to go about it. I don\'t mind starting real small and eventually grow big!!!!Any help available???

There are a lot of providers available in Delhi and other places who provides all the facilities to set-up a call centre. Some of them also claim to provide you with projects by charging a huge money. Be aware of fraud people doing this and choose the right provider by verifying all the things and make yourself assure that the party is genuine.
