Since HR professionals are being increasingly associated with operations-related affairs nowadays, they should have an understanding of all jargon related to operations, finance, quality, etc., so that they can compete for top positions in the corporate world.
I believe some of us may be aware that Bharti Group's CEO, Mr. Manoj Kohli, has a background in HR.
To start, a presentation on the 7 QC Tools is attached for the benefit of the HR community. In fact, a brief of such presentations could be included in the induction program for new joiners.

An elaborate and effective PowerPoint presentation on 7QC Tools. A good effort. Could you please clarify what C2A2C is (slide No. 10)? In slide No. 31 - Cause and Effect Diagram - for problem categories, in addition to Machine, Equipment is also mentioned. Could you please explain what equipment you mean with a few examples?
