Please solve my problem; my friend is working in a manufacturing company (Proprietorship). In accounts department, neither is she payroll nor contract base in her organization. (We can say out source). She is only female employee in staff.
Also she is pursuing MBA correspondence the problem is that she required some time half day gate-pass to her educational work, (note:- 2 Gate pass in a month), but company’s General Manager and one more colleague having problem. They always make issue to this topic. Evan GM saying to her that either you d job or MBA, What she will do in this condition, She can not leave this job now. And organization not giving any notice period to her,
What is the provision of this kind of employee ………

But At the time of interview she told him about her study ,, outsource employees have no rights .

Everything goes fine as long as the management is happy with the employee. If there is a change in the stand of management, it may be construed that the employee in question is a liability to the company and trying to get rid of him/her. It is an indication and he/she should look for better place.
