I appreciate your attempt. I would like to correct you as under:

Yes, it can be done only in case of termination of service for any act, wilful omission, or negligence causing any damage or loss to or destruction of the property of the employer, to its extent.

I think the querist wants to ask about major threads or fields in payroll. The answer to it: (i) input (ii) earnings & (iii) deductions.

There is no law that says you need to pay HRA, CCA, Medical, Children Education Allowance, except in some States where there is a law of minimum HRA. You can pay all these allowances with no maximum limit.
