I need to write an official email to our head quarters informing a sudden demise of a colleague following an accident. Please guide me to write a suitable email I would appreciate your response in this regard!

Please do not delay such serious matters, waiting for a proper draft. What is important in ssuch situation is the timely response of the management.
Try to write in your own words, informing everyone about the tragic matter.
You can write something to the effect, as :
Dear All
Its with deep grief that we communicate this message to all. Our colleague, .............(name).......... met with a serious accident this morning (give the correct date and time) and expired on his way to the hospital (give appropriate information).
We deeply mourn his untimely demise and will miss his presence amidst us. He is survived by ... (family members - like wife and two children)
May his soul rest in peace.
We pray to God to give his bereaved family the strength to bear this loss.
