Hi ,
HR's are in all industries .
In terms of selection its your own choice .
Personally i feel in manufacturing line one learns all aspects of HR .
My suggestion is you try to join some manufacturing industry where you
can learn various ascpects of HR .

What all matters is the level of company, size of company, your role & compensation, exposure to learning and finally career growth. If you find it your mistake and feel you are moving downwards to your career by continuing your current job then better to leave and look some opportunity where you get exposure to learning, professional growth and finally a higher level of satisfaction.

Dear Parimala,
There are two aspects for your question...
Whether your priority is job profile or monetary advantage...
You need to comprise on any one of these at the cost of other..
If you feel you want better Job satisfaction then better to look for other opportunity...but do keep in a mind the present situation of market...Recruitment is on hold everywhere...
I am also one of them who will first think about Roles & Responsibilities...

Dear Parimala,
industry selection is your choice, but before joining the new organization, have to clear about the job profile, in Executive level you should give priority to learn more & more
