Please i need ur help, i wanted to automate seniority allowance computation (with if condition) as per attachment sheet, but i am not clear about the formula
criteria are as below
seniority is 2% per year of service with a ceiling of 52%
* For local staff : - senirity comprised b/w 1 and 25 years =2%xBasic Salaryx Service Year
- seniority >= 26 Years : Basic Salary x 52%
For Expat staff, seniory allowance is not required , i.e 0

To be more pricise and accurate, see the same attachment filled with if condition.
cells corresponding expat display "FALSE" whereas it should display 0 as expats are not entitled to seniority allowance.
