I am Srinath and have worked for over 8 years with International BPOs in Operations, with over 3 years of expertise in management. I am looking forward to transitioning and starting to work as a freelance recruiter for both the ITES and IT industries.
Based on the feedback I have received from my peers and bosses, I am known to be a good salesperson with excellent communication and convincing skills.
Could you please suggest some options for me to start with?

Dear Srinath,
Start at the small scale and keep continuing working in your present organization. Leaving and starting anew will usually take time to fetch profits. If you can handle expenses for a certain period of time, you can then take it to full time. Create a LinkedIn page/blog etc., where you share your experience and build a community there. Once you have developed the community, you can track the sales as per your plans.
