Hello people,

I have 2.9 years of experience as an HR Executive for the US Staffing process, so I work the night shift. I like to spend my daytime in a useful manner apart from my sleeping hours. I'm planning to spend my time freelancing in recruitment. Now, my questions are:

1. Will I be able to find good clients?
2. Will I be able to work for end clients directly or should I approach Tier 1 companies?
3. Will it affect my current job or my performance because I'm in a full-time position and have been working here for more than 2.9 years in the same organization, and I love working here.
4. How should I start my freelancing job? Whom should I approach?

I'm really blank, and I have numerous questions. Please advise me on this. I'm new to this community and learned about it through one of my friends. I look forward to hearing and learning more from you professionals!

Thanks and Regards,
Prabha Jenifer. E

Appreciating your ability to work hard. However, before taking the first step, try to get a no-objection from your employer. Proper sleep is a biological requirement of any human being; I am not sure whether you can manage working hours and sleeping hours without affecting either regular work or freelance. This is something you need to think through and make a decision. There could be a number of avenues where you can explore freelance assignments such as:

1. Candidate Sourcing
2. Writing
3. Help desk
