They have nothing to do with cheuqe cleared date, they only consider at which date you have deposited your cheque in any branch of SBI where this facility is available.

Hi, PF authorities should not think about your cheque clearance date, they consider challan clearance data and amount transferred to EPF account date only... Srinivas B

Can you please attach the Xerox copy of the challans and prepare an Excel sheet mentioning the month-wise challan submission dates, i.e., the stamp date of the bank?
Also, prepare a draft or covering letter and submit it to your client. This should be sufficient to clear the compliance.
