One of our employee has lost his wife after long illness due to both kidneys failure. He has already spent a lot and is in debt for almost 4 lacs. He has struggled a lot. Now, it’s our time to support him. We want every employee to donate his/her one day salary to support him. Please tell me how to write a mail to all employees.

Though, I have already written a mail to my staff employees. I would like to share one interested reply on that. I got a reply from one employee of our organization that he is going to get his knee operated for that he needs 1.5 or Rs. 2 lac. He requested all of us to show the same pity for him as well.
I really feel shame on such kind of persons who are ready to compare themselves with a worker whose salary is just 5 to 7000 monthly, for just the sake of money.
Well, I am getting good responses as well. Employees are coming ahead to donate their two or three days salary too.

I am really pleased that employees are coming forward to donate generously. My wife used to say that whenever there is collection of some sort, it's the ladies that gave generously and the men were stingy; also the poor gave generously than the rich.
I would like to know what the organization is giving? Would it not be nice if the organization could match what is being donated by the workers!!!
