One of our employee has lost his wife after long illness due to both kidneys failure. He has already spent a lot and is in debt for almost 4 lacs. He has struggled a lot. Now, it’s our time to support him. We want every employee to donate his/her one day salary to support him. Please tell me how to write a mail to all employees.

Though, I have already written an email to my staff employees. I would like to share an interesting reply on that. I received a response from an employee of our organization stating that he is going to have knee surgery, for which he needs 1.5 to 2 lakh rupees. He requested all of us to show sympathy and support for him.
I feel ashamed of individuals who compare themselves with a worker earning a monthly salary of just 5,000 to 7,000 rupees, solely for monetary reasons.
I am also receiving positive responses. Employees are stepping forward to donate two or three days' salary as well.

I am really pleased that employees are coming forward to donate generously. My wife used to say that whenever there is a collection of some sort, it's the ladies that give generously, and the men were stingy; also, the poor give generously than the rich.
I would like to know what the organization is giving? Would it not be nice if the organization could match what is being donated by the workers!!!
