Hi All,
I left my organisation in September 2012 and had applied for PF withdrawal.
My organisation initially had PF trust with EPFO and then later shifted to its own trust, thus my PF was initially with EPFO and then with the company trust
I received the PF from company trust with 3 -4 months of my leaving the organisation .
I wasn't aware that the PF amount received by me was only the one that was with the company trust and am yet to receive the EPFO amount
Now I have closed my bank account which was mentioned in Form 10C and 19 and suddenly i received a message saying that form 10 C and 19 are under process.
Can someone please guide me what I can do ?

Hi,
you have two options now to get your PF withdrawl amount from EPF office.
1. Once you receive the message from EPFO stating that your form 10c & 19 is under process which will take 40 days time to release the payment so please visit your banker, explain the problem and re-activate your bank account if possible before the amount processed to your account by EPFO.
2. If your are not able to get the same account number from your banker should wait till you get letter from EPFO stating that requesting for new cheque leaf. Once you received the Letter you can submit your new cheque leaf through your employee for you payment.
