We have 21/10/7 days Privilage /sick / cashual leave per year for our company. Can we encash sick and cashual leave on termination of service. please advice.

Such issues are company policy dependent. Usually sick leave and casual leaves are not encashed. regards, Kamal

Privilege leaves are mandatorily encashable. However, if you want to encash the sick leave or casual leaves, like Mr. Kamal said, it is your choice. I can say one thing for sure: it would not be illegal to encash them.
