Request you to suggest a few books and website links to learn about labor laws, statutory compliances, core HR roles, and responsibilities. I was very disappointed with my manager for not sharing knowledge on these. Due to some economic problems, I am thinking I can't do an MBA. So, please guide and suggest me. Thank you.

Dear Anil,
Please check the following books:
- LABOUR LAW BY S.P. JAIN
- LABOUR & INDUSTRIAL LAW BY H L KUMAR
In my view, if you are reading any law, you must read the bare act first. So, please purchase some bare acts, such as the Factory Act, etc., which will be required for day-to-day activities.
