Hi Seniors,
I had completed my MBA (HR) in 2008. However, due to recession which hit at that point in time, i had to take up a placement (through campus) with a marketing firm but had to leave it bcoz of health probs on account of extensive travelling. Later I could not get a job in HR for 7 months. After that i took up the first job that came my way as i had to pay back my Education loan and hence I landed in a job with an IPR (intellectual Property Rights) firm with a bond of 3 years. After completion of the bond its been 1 year since I m trying to shift to HR, but nothing seems to b happening. Please let me know what should I do to shift back to HR.
Thanks
Mitali

Yes Dear,
You can start your career in HR.
Simply you talk to your management that you are not comfortable with yoiur current job, either they will leave you or they will ask about any compensation , as per bond signed by you, if you can pay the amount, you pay or complete two years.

hi Mitali,
As you have done masters in HR, you can definitely start career as HR. for start up target small/ mid sized company where you can get easily in HR. If really not possible start with some consultancy as a Recruiter which can eventually enhance your professional knowledge into HR recruitment. Later you can try into corporate companies as Technical recruiter. Let me know if you need further help in this regards.
Cheers!

The info given to you is inaccurate
Having prior experience is not necessary for sap-hr course.
Check with other training institutes and also with sap bangalore. They will have details of courses available.
Are you looking for work in pune only ? If mumbai is of interest, send me your cv
