our past company (mh50808) have sacked / terminated staffs and the staff who left from november, 2012 their pf forms not submitted to pf commissioner office bandra so far.
The duly filled pf forms of the aforementioned staffs. Are still lying in the worli office of arshiya internatioonal limited.
The company is bothered to submit the forms to the regional pf comissioner, bandra.
What action to be taken as i am also ex staff the company
