I have been attending many interviews for Hr executive, but I have not success in even one interview. My communication skills are poor, but I have good subject knowledge and experience in HR activities. My problem is , I am unable to express what am I doing? . When interview is going on ,my hands are shivering .My soul is saying I am confident on interview , when it’s comes to real my confidence levels are low. Please give me your valuable inputs to overcome these problems.i need Your assstence

You have to tackle the problem from two angles. First and foremost, the requirement is confidence. Even if communication abilities are good (language part), a lack of confidence will not help. So, take all steps to improve your confidence. Try meditation and do a lot of self-talking. If you are already doing this, intensify it. Communication is simpler. Speak in shorter sentences until your confidence is fully restored. Practice hard, and good luck to you.
