Hi All, We are planning to send our employees for a conference in US next month for which we have already registered. Company is going to sponsor for the trip and stay over there. I am looking for some sample sponsorship letter for Visa purpose. It is quite urgent. Can any of you please reply with sample sponsorship document?

I dont have a format, but can assure, its similar to the letter issued for travel, where the sponsorship clauses mentioned, along with the details of the travels.
It acts as a declaration to the employee deployment at a different location. There are many formats as contributed by the members in this community, that can be your point of reference.
