In Gujarat, every six months, the state government declares the Minimum Wage, including special incentives for all categories. The cycle is from April to September and October to March. You just need to follow the guidelines of the minimum wage as per your establishment. Put the minimum wage as your basic to calculate PF, Bonus, and Gratuity.
Nowadays, all statutory payments are moving towards an online module. In the future, it will be easier to track how many companies are not following the government rules and regulations.

The rates of wages under the Minimum Wages Act for the unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled categories of employees are notified by the Central Government and respective State Governments every six months. The period is from April to September and October to March. The notification shall be available from the office of the Labour Commissioners, Central or State. The rates of the central or state, whichever is higher, shall be payable. The rates of wages contain basic and special allowances, and the rate is to be multiplied by 26 for arriving at monthly wages, as it includes the wages for the weekly off as well.

If we approach the AP Chamber of Commerce and Industry or become a member with them, updates will be sent on a regular basis. Based on their information, the minimum wages can be implemented in any organization. Otherwise, if we approach the Labour Department or browse on Google, we can find out the revisions from time to time.

There are various sub-categories of workers such as unskilled, semiskilled, skilled, highly skilled, etc. The notifications are made available from the office of the Labour Commissioner.
