Dear Shweta,
As Per Factories Act
1. Whether the Creche is established in factory for the children below age of six years?
2.Whether the accomodation is adequately lighted and ventillated?
3.What is the frequency of cleaning and sanitation of the creche? Doing as per the frequency?
4.Trained woman is arranged for the maintainence of creche? Her competency records?
5.Required furniture and other equipment is provided?
6.Whether suitable provision provided of facilites (Like washing and Changing of clothing) for women workers?
7.Whether the free milk or refreshments are providing to the children in the creche?
8.Whether the mothers are allowing to feed their children at respective intervals?
