I want to sent an email to all our employee requesting them to celebrate waterless holi this year as there is drought situation in Maharashtra. They can Play with natural dry color and that to very less, just applying on the forehead. No wasting water, So wanted to know how can i draft the email.

Include some games like ----- rangoli, painting, vegetable carving, etc.and also give a surprise prize for someone (both male and female) who has dressed well.
