I need to send a document to my client and also i need the document signed and sent back to me. So how can i write the mail to them. please help me.

If the document is very important for you, then if possible, make a personal visit and get what you want. If the document is important for your client, then send a polite email explaining the need for possessing such a document duly signed by both parties for business, safety, and security purposes. Give importance and appreciate the business/communication relationship, and it will be appreciated, and your work will be done without ranting and ranching by your client.
