HI Seniors I want to know about PF settlement process.Or how PF settlement is done when an employee resign or retire.and how many days an employee have to wait to get his pf money. ?

Upon resignation employee has to fill Form 19 (To withdraw PF amount) and Form 10C (To withdraw pension amount) and both the Forms are available with HR and these Forms will be attested by the employer and it will be submitted to PF office along with Form 3A. Please opt for withdrawl benefits instead of scheme certificate in case you want to withdraw pension amount.
Please note PF authorities to consider the application only after 60 days of resignation this is to ensure that upon new employment the employee is expected to transfer his account to new employer.
