I have a query regarding the same. Is this for active employees Or the left employee. because active employee submit the saving bank account number which might be change after he left the servce? so there is not mentioned the given annexure is for left employees of active employee. please clarify?

Good morning,
this for both employee active/ left. Epfo start this for kyc know your customer. Epfo start this to stop fraud from epf .for left employee this not mandatory but when he submit his epf settlement form epfo asking for the same.
