This is serendipity! I attended a session on Singing Bowls Meditation, yesterday. It was an awesome experience. There are no courses as such to learn them. One needs to buy the bowls and practise them. Its a pure Theta level mediation, for sure. Opens up the consciousness at a very different level, all thanks to the brain-wave level, it initiates one to.

Yoga is divine knowledge. It was taught by Lord Shiva to Mata Parvati. While Lord Shiva was teaching the Ashtanga Yoga, one fish listened to him. When Lord Shiva came to know that the fish was listening to him, he blessed the fish with the knowledge and converted him to a Human, giving him the name Matsyendranath. Matsyendranath taught the divine knowledge to his disciple Gaurakshanath, who was an avatar of Lord Shiva. The Navnaths (nine masters) spread the knowledge in India and developed Vairagya as a way to self-mukti. Lord Shri Krishna also taught Raja Yoga in the 6th Adhya of the Bhagavad Gita.
