The questions that shall asked like, the hazards of the area of operations, The control mechanism to reduce or eliminate the risks, Operational control procedures addressing the reduction of the risks,Emergency procedures and mitigation, Competence and awareness of the personnel those who performing the operations- they should be aware of the consequences if any deviation from the proceudre. etc...
