This Arun is working in Crispsystem an ISO 2008 Certified IT company in Coimbatore. In that company there are 126 emplyees. Having only one bathroom for all the employees which is not maintained properly. The bosses are giving various types of torture to the employees. Hence the employees are not continuing for more than 1 year service. They are not having the PF or ESI benefits to their employees. There is no CL available for them. The Municipal authorities have given them to construct only 3 floors but the company have already made their office even in fourth floor too. There is no such specific working hour policy for the employees. He needs guidance from the members how to overcome the problems they are facing.
My simple answer to this query is simply quit the job and search for a new job, where he can prove himself. If he wants to complain against the company, then it will be problem for him also.

@ Mr. Arun: Has your HR marked these problems to the management yet?
If yes, your issue is not only strenous but also you need to finally understand that the above mentioned IT company does not want to prepare itself to the wellbeing in benefitting the employees. Not only your current company, they are hundreds of such SME's (Small Medium Enterprises) that ue this a sly & deceitful means to remove employees, then hire and let go.
Being one person to struggle, defend back is like a mere waste of time and you even might tend loosing a job in this process. To prove yourself worthy you should substantiate yourself with a organization that pays attention to employees.
If no, write a letter or email the same to HR and see how it takes to process. Hitherto, no change initiated, you may prepare for an alternate job that gives you mental peace with satisfaction.

i do not want agree with Mr. Bhasker's comments because these are the common problems in small scale industries.
even the companies deducting the esic & pf & but they are not paying.
How long we have to run away from the problems? can you explain the how the executives-hr has to run?
Please talk to mgt with what are the consequences need to be face if the organization is not going as Indian rules & Laws, if they are not responded give the proper mails on the same, even then they are not responded ?
we have one option " we work for salary"

Dear All,,
Even I faced similar issues in my previous company. But with the help of seniors of this site I struggled there for 7 months. But later on I quit that job bcoz depression issues. I was the only only who was raising these kind of issues. But later on I realized there is too much politics . So no doubt management is not going to do something. In these types of companies there is nothing called management they work as proprietor. They are biased as per there need . I think he should took his colleagues or seniors or if nobody is there then he should quit the job....

Dear Pooja and other fellow members,
In such a case please do involve statutory authorities. Like in the your case Pooja you should have complain to Labour Commissioner of your local area, PF authorities and ESI authorities. They could not have escaped. In present case i can assure that contacting the local Labour Authorities would surely make much of a difference.
