Hi, I am working as a Lead-HR from 22 months. I am planning to join some HR Courses which help me in my career growth.
I heard about SAP-HR. Please provide me detail about this course. If we do this course from Siemens then whether there will be a job guarantee.
Will it be good to invest a huge amount for SAP Course, or I should prefer any other course.

Second, could you please share your education qualifications. You said you are working and having almost two years of experience as Lead -HR which implies you are well aware of functions of HR, but still I want to know something about you and your knowledge with HR and functions.

Further, you can enhance your skills and knowledge by engaging yourself to this place and involving yourself to the live, day life issues and discussions which can also give you to get a better understanding and knowledge.

I have done MBA in HR as correspondence course.I am taking care of all HR activities starting from recruitment till exit of employees.
Payroll functions has been taken care by Finance Department.
I want to enhance my knowledge by doing some coursed to get better option in my career.

I am a MBA with HR specialization (coresspondance course). I have 3.5yrs of recruitment experince for various industry verticals. Currently for the last 2.5yrs I am working as a HRG, heading the department.
