Hi,
My name is Vikram. I am working in Genpact as Process associate.I joined in January in P3 Process. Just after 5 months my DE cross trained me to a P4 process, for which I would be getting an annual increment of Rs.25000. He cross trained me on a fast track basis in 1 month and promised me to apply my increment from the month of September's. There was others as well who got cross trained to P3 process but they were all more than 1.5 yrs old in the company. They all get their increment by the month of November. But my increment is still pending since September's. It's now 4 months pending. Each time I ask my manager and DE they say you get your increment from next month salary including my arrears from September's. But it's still pending, every time they make excuses like it's a technical fault.
Please suggest me what should I do.
