Dear Mr. Ramesh Bhardwaj,

A good presentation was made on the traditional lines. The styles - all of them - have something good and bad about them. So, anyone who is very rigid and not amenable to change may find himself in difficulties. This is so because inherently all styles have their limitations. As a simple example, Sir Winston Churchill, on whom England desperately banked upon during the Second World War, was voted out during the peacetime that followed.

Amongst the recent popular ones, I liked the One Minute Manager who changes his style to suit the occasion. (Here, of course, we are not to get into a debate between leadership and managerial talents).
