addition to your information these are some points from me
Our regular (Fro Freshers)EPF act dose not applicable to Jammu & kashmir
So J&K have Jammu and Kashmir Employees Provident Funds (and miscellaneous provisions) Act, 1961, it got Amended recently the above attachments are the Government Orders(GO) relating to this amendment.
as per new 2012 amendment
establishment for coverage under the EPF Scheme will be raised from 5 to 10 (Number of Employees)
It also recommended that rate of contribution of the employer’s will be increased from 8.33% to 12 per cent.
