Hi, Kindly anyone provide me the holiday lists for 2013 as per law. How many holidays are applicable in a year according to law? Is it only nine days applicable for a holiday? Can anyone clarify me?

Please find attached Holiday List for TN. With respect to number of days to be declared Organizations can take the call on that as it differs from company to company. We must declare Holiday on the below mentioned days.
26th Jan - Republic Day
1st May - May day
15th Aug - Independence Day
2nd Oct - Gandhi Jayanthi
