Hello Seniors,
It would be of great help if you could provide some career advice to me. I completed my MBA last year in Human Resource (Full Time) from a startup college and didn't secure any placement as the college had just been incorporated and didn't have any tie-ups. Therefore, I had to take up the job of a recruiter in a consulting firm.
Now, I have realized that individuals who have completed their MBAs and PGs from reputable colleges are earning significantly higher salaries for the same job that I perform day in and day out. Do you think I should enroll in another PG course from a prestigious college like JB, XLRI, or SP Jain? Or should I just wait and hope to get my break?
Additionally, if I pursue a PG or MBA again from a prestigious college, will there be any questions raised in the future as to why I completed an MBA along with a PG? I really need your help.
Thanks & Regards,
Slim

Dear Slim,
I know it's really hard when you do not get placement after college. I have also gone through the same thing that you are facing now. If you are thinking of pursuing another postgraduate course after MBA, it will be a waste of time and money. Currently, the market is a bit slow, and there are hardly any job opportunities in good corporate companies.
If you are seeking a good corporate opening, I can help you in some way. Please send me an email to discuss it further at mayur.shinde9435@gmail.com.
Best regards,
