Hello,

I want to know about the procedure for ESIC benefits that are given to an employee when she is leaving the company. She has paid ESIC from May 2012 to December 2012, and her salary is Rs. 12,000. Please let me know what kind of treatment is required now.

Thank you for the information.

One more query: Is this benefit provided to employees only in the form of medical treatment, with no return given if they do not utilize any medical services? Please confirm if my understanding is correct.

Also, is it possible to avail the benefit for medical treatments, such as fever vaccinations, that need to be done in another country?
