Please tell me how to prepare an payslip in excel without deduction from salary for 10,000 per month. my senior had told me to prepare but i dont have idea about this. please let me know its very urgent.

For the total salary of Rs. 10,000/- as per Karnataka PT act. PT of rs. 150/- is applicable
More over PF 7 ESI is also applicable But TDS shall be exempted.
So
Basic 5000/-
HRA 3000/-
Medical Allowance 1250
Conveyance Allowance 750
From India, Bangalore

We have question the PF deduction.
Has it to be done as per the slab of 6,500/- of basic as usual or as per the "entire gross salary"?
Is the new change PF on gross salary is applicable from the month of Dec,12 or how? Can I get an example?
