I PRatik Joshi recently joined as an HR Manager in one of the big hospital in jalgaon, i wanted to developed a salary structure for for all the employees of my organisation which has minimum wages into it, can anyone help me for developing salary structure.

Genarally Salary structure as below.it is according to my knowledge.
Salary Structure
Earning Deduction
Basic(40 to 50% of gross salary_ PF as per basic
HRA(50% of basic) food(if any)
Conv. Allw 800 esi 1.75%(if applicabe
Medical allw 1250 P.tax as per rule

other allw.
