I have more than 6 years of exp in the HR domain, currently working as HR Manager for a retail/hospitality org managing more than 550 employees spread across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & Pune
The topic that i have decided to do is "A Study OnThe Indian IT Industry’s Campus Recruitment & Branding Activities"
This would involve in analyzing the various campus recruitment practices & branding activities followed in IT industry.
