Dear senior,
I am working in a reputed industry since last two years, few months before my new manager joined the department, after working for approx 04 months together suddenly one day he ordered IT depart to terminate my company mail ID, that too without informing me as well as without informing HR. Even HR understand that this is wrong, but HR can’t go against my manager, because he HOD.
Over all I am sufferer, I am in very embarrassing situation professionally and socially as well.
Kindly suggest how resolve this complication.

Write a mail from your personal mail address to promoter of company with cc to him , to HR , to IT manager and your reporting authority.
Take the print out of the same and get it acknowledge when you sit around the table.
Remember this time the problem may get solved , but he is HOD soon the company will find other reason to terminate you . They may even blame you. So do mention the date and time since when your mail id is been blocked.
Look for a new job same time and make it sure that you teach that person a lesson. Why you would be in loss.
Keep ready with your resignation letter and try to get all the testimonials references in black and white. In this situation you do not need to server notice period. Even if you are suppose to do so , you just tell you wont report that person during notice period and reporting would be directly to his reporting authority.
