That depends on the management. Every company will have its holiday list, but there will be a constraint where all companies must follow the rules. For example, 12 public holidays are mandatory, with 5 falling under national holidays, while the rest will be festival holidays. An optional holidays list will also be provided. Optional holidays are not mandatory, and the type of leave will be calculated accordingly.
