The best way is vermicomposting.

I shall also attach a machine which is used to convert domestic kitchen and garden waste into Compost.
I know many companies slae the vermicomposts to local farmers very cheap under their CSR activities. The advantages of using vermicompost is the plants grow healthy and do not get affected by pests.
