I have just completed my MBA in HR. The sad part is no job offers require me to hold a degree in HR!! The only thing they want is experience. How can I gain experience without starting a job? HR is my passion but, alas, there are no job offers solely for the HR department. From small enterprises to large companies, everybody wants 2-4 years of experience in the HR field, and most of them prefer a male candidate. What should I do? :-( I just don't know where to get started. What can I do to be practically skilled to secure a good job in the HR department? Please help.....

Why not go for some distance learning course in HR? That will help you understand why employers are increasingly looking for experience.

The worth of an HR professional increases with experience, as it involves more of psychology and tried-and-tested strategies. So, they are not entirely wrong in their approach.

Please provide me with the simplest method of preparing an attendance sheet. Additionally, what is the easiest way to identify whether employees are present or not? What type of attendance system should be maintained in a company?

Thank you.
