I have just completed my MBA HR. sad part is no job offer needs me to hold a degree in hr!!
The only thing they want is experience! HOW CAN I HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHOUT STARTING A JOB.HR is my passion but alas! there are no job offers purely for hr department. from a small enterprise to large company every body wants 2-4 years of experience in hr field and most of them want a male candidate.What should i do :-(
I just don't know where get started from? What can i do to be practically skilled to hold a good job in HR department.Please help.....

Why not go for some distance learning course into HR.. dat will help you understand why they lookin more for experience...
HR professional worth increases with the increase in experience since its more of physiocology nd tried and testing strategies required. So, they are also not wrong in a way..
