Dear Seniors,
I m Nadeem Ahmad working as HR Executive, the problem is in our company salary calculation system gross salary base not CTC base. If suppose a worker salary structure in company Basic Rs. 8200/- HRA Rs. 2300/- & Conv. Rs. 2000/- Gross Total Rs. 12500/- ESI & PF deduction is 219 + 780, and he get in hand Rs. 11501/- then plz tell me what will be actual CTC for this.

Hi, You will get the CTC by adding the employer’s contributions towards EPF, ESI and other headings if any, along with the employee’s gross salary...
