Very nice article Mr. Dilip. Thank you for sharing. I am observing the same in my office as well. I try and talk my colleagues and motivate them as far as possible and convince them to take an off.
In my point of view, every HR has to think for employee point of you and talk to each and every employee , get to know what they are up to and understand their thinking.
