Dear Seniors,

I have been working in a PSU for more than 5 years. I recently applied to another PSU through the Proper Channel (by forwarded application) and was successfully selected. Regrettably, I tendered my resignation citing PERSONAL REASONS (as advised by my HOD). Upon realizing my error, I submitted another letter expressing my intention to join the PSU where the application was forwarded.

Queries:
1) Will my resignation be treated as a TECHNICAL RESIGNATION in the above scenario?
2) Will I receive Service Continuation in the new PSU? What are the benefits of Service Continuation?
3) To the best of my knowledge, after my departure from my current PSU, the settlement process will commence, including leave encashment and gratuity. Should I accept the leave encashment and gratuity?
4) If I wish for Leave and Gratuity Transfer, whom should I approach - Present PSU or New PSU?
