Please help me. During an interview, the employer asked me how many labels are in the settlement with labour unions, and I was left without an answer. If anyone has the answer to the above question, please let me know.

Secondly, please tell me about the functions of IR in handling labour unions.

Hi Manish,

First is Grievance Redressal Cell: It consists of 2 representatives from the employer and 2 representatives from the workers.

Second: Arbitration.

Third: Conciliation.

Fourth: Adjudication.
