Learning Organizations

Hi It would be of gr8 help if anyone could give me examples of Learning Organizatons in India. Also,is it true that no organization can be a learning organization in totality? Rainbow

In my view, the aim of organization is benefit/profit. And the trainning/learning is just a method or a process for the aim.
So, I wonder whether is a really learning organization. If exists, it will be a school. :roll:

Learning Orgn is one that effectively hanled Knowledge Management.
A few examples are Patni, Tata, Godrej & Boyce, Siemens. They follow different methods like a knowledge portal...etc.
