Dear colleagues,

I am working as an HR Executive for a German-based MNC that is exclusively focused on sales. I have to send a letter to the Sales Area Managers/TL's to improve collection performance. I have seen many letters on Citehr that seem like warnings, so could anyone help me out with a good letter that is respectful, requesting, but also effectively conveys the message we need to deliver? Please email me.

Thanks in advance,
Yasmeen
