Hi Karthik, you may want to specify whether you are looking for attrition of international BPO (Healthcare) or Demestic (Healthcare)? In any case, in Chennai market, the BPO general attrition rate in voice process (night shift) is anywhere between 2.5 to 4% per month and in non-voice - it is around 3%. In case you may want to know more, please specify with your exact business vertical within Healthcare, so that, i can share the appropriate info. With respect to recruitment type, it is important to understand your domain knowledge requirements.
