Dear Members
I would like to know "is succession planning practiced in the corporates across industries"? or this is one among several HR topics limited to knowing about a concept?
If this is in vogue what are the best industry practices?
Is this worth taking up in corporates in the context of curtailing attrition?
My request to members to respond to this query taking out their valuable time out of their busy schedules
anticipating an early reply
