Is their a ESIC Exemption for Construction company??????
I had an argument with my Boss on ESIC Exemtpion.
As per my knowledge their is an Exemption for sites
Can any one update me on the same, if their is.....

HI, ESIC is only exempted if the Gross earning is above then 15 K Pm and if ESIC is not applicable for that particular area. There are certain places where ESIC is not applicable. Regards, Smita Rath
